Barossa Valley - warmest region - home to big soft warm spicy Shiraz

Clare Valley - cooler, higher region north of Adelaide where we will taste some of the very best dry Rieslings made in Australia

McLaren Vale - mediterranean climate ideal for Shiraz, Grenache & other southern French grape varieties

Limestone Coast - maritime climate  - ideal climate & terra rossa soils - perfect for Cabernet Sauvignon
