Zinfandel, Primitivo, & Riesling - New World vs Old World

Taste some amazing dry Rieslings from Clare Valley in Australia & Marlborough in New Zealand. We will pit these new world upstarts against the mighty dry Rieslings from Alsace - perfect matches for Thai/Asian cuisine. We will also taste 2 versions of the same grape  - spicy, brambly Zinfandels from California & soft warm Primitivos from Puglia in Southern Italy - Will you be able to spot the differences & which will you prefer?  Join us as we taste several pairs of wines made from the same grape variety, but from different countries.  It is only when you taste these wines together that the differences really stand out, and the comparisons can bring some amazing insights into wine styles.
